ELM Compliance Consultants Limited provides Compliance Consultancy Services to the fiduciary, non-regulated and prescribed business sectors in Guernsey.

Headed by Emma Mauger (a Fellow of the International Compliance Association) we aim to provide a personal, flexible, reliable and affordable service to the industry.

ELM has been formed in order to make complying with the Regulations to which you are now subject easier for you by offering a wide range of support services to your compliance function.

About Emma Mauger

Emma Mauger - ELM ComplianceEmma Mauger was born in London and educated at the Guernsey Grammar School. Emma has over ten years industry experience and is one of only a handful of people worldwide to hold all three ICA Diploma’s delivered via Manchester University: ICA International Diploma in Compliance, ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention and ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. In addition Emma is a full STEP member and is STEP qualified.
